Caroline L. Harland - SPHR, SHRM-SCP

Caroline Harland brings three decades of experience in Executive coaching and human resource management across diverse industries such as aviation, healthcare, ecommerce, and transportation. Throughout her career, Caroline has assumed various leadership positions with large publicly traded companies and privately help companies. Caroline’s focus is on talent acquisition and management, development of team culture and demonstrating how to lead with empathy. She works closely with operations, finance, and senior management teams to ensure they have the support needed for operational effectiveness.

As an accomplished member of the HR community, Caroline serves on the executive board of the Arizona Human Resources Executive Association and has been a regular speaker at human resources and industry related conferences and seminars including the Arizona and New Mexico SHRM Conferences, Women in Aviation chapter meetings, and a panelist at the Arizona HR Executive Summit and Retreat. She feels it is her honor and duty to give back to the community that has given her so much. Caroline serves as a coach and mentor to both executive and emerging female leaders, guiding them to excel and refine their emotional intelligence and executive presence within and beyond their professional spheres.

Outside of work and philanthropy, Caroline is an avid runner and weight trainer, enjoys live music, spending time with family, and has a genuine love of life. Above all, she is the proud mom to her three children.
